Game 1: The Cleveland Browns faced off against the Buffalo Bills in a offensive struggle. It was a game of kicking and field position. The final score Cleveland 6, Buffalo 3. Game 2: The Steelers took on the Lions in a tough fought game. Both teams committed turnovers and time of possession was almost even. Ben Roethlisberger had a season-high three touchdowns passes. Calvin Johnson also injured his leg and the severity it still unknown and tests are pending. The final score Pittsburgh 28, Detroit 20. Game 3: Dallas Cowboys battled the Kansas City Chiefs in a game that was decided in overtime. Miles Austin scored the winning touchdown in overtime on a 60-yard catch-and-run to cap a huge game in place of the injured Roy Williams, and the Dallas Cowboys escaped with a 26-20 victory Sunday over Kansas City. Austin had 10 catches for 250 yards. Game 4: It was the Minasota Vikings vs St. Louis Rams. Brett Favre threw for 232 yards and a touchdown a day after his 40th birthday, leading the undefeated Minnesota Vikings to a 38-10 rout over the Rams. Game 5: Oakland squared off against the New York Giants. Manning threw two scoring passes and led the Giants on touchdown drives on their first four series in a 44-7 win. Game 6: It was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Philadelphia Eagles. from the start, McNabb showed he was just fine after missing two games with a broken rib. Donovan McNabb threw for 264 yards and three touchdowns, rookie Jeremy Maclin had two TD catches and the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 33-14. Game 7: Washington Redskins at Carolina Panthers. The Panthers scored the game's final 18 points Sunday, with Jonathan Stewart's 8 yard run with 9:21 left the go ahead touchdown in a 20-17 win over the Redskins.   Game 8: Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens. Carson Palmer threw a 20 yard touchdown pass to Andre Caldwell with 22 seconds left to cap an 80 yard drive, and the Bengals escaped with a 17-14 victory over the Baltimore Ravens. Game 9: Atlanta Falcons at San Francisco 49ers. Roddy White had a 90 yard catch and run for a touchdown and a 31 yard TD reception, Michael Turner ran for three scores and the Atlanta Falcons steamrolled the 49ers 45-10. Game 10: Jacksonville Jaguars at Seattle Seahawks. Matt Hasselbeck returned from broken ribs to throw four touchdown passes, and the Seahawks rolled to their biggest home shutout in 25 years, 41-0 over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Game 11: Houston Texans at Arizona Cardinals. Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie returned an interception 49 yards for a touchdown with 2:20 to go and the Arizona Cardinals defense stopped the Houston Texans three times at the 1 yard line in the final minute Sunday to squeak out a 28-21 victory.  Game 12: New England Patriots at Denver Broncos. Kyle Orton moved Denver from its 2 to the end zone to tie it Sunday, then Matt Prater kicked a 41 yard field goal in overtime for a 20-17 victory over New England that made rookie Broncos coach Josh McDaniels a winner over his mentor, Bill Belichick. The Broncos remain undefeated 5-0 on the season. Game 13 Sunday Night Football: Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans. Peyton Manning's near perfect start to the season continued Sunday night as he had 309 yards and three touchdown passes, and the Colts never trailed in beating their AFC South rivals 31-9. Game 14 Monday Night Football: New York Jets at Miami Dolphins. Running back Ronnie Brown scored on a 2 yard keeper up the middle in the wildcat formation with 6 seconds left, and the Miami Dolphins came from behind three times in the fourth quarter to beat the New York Jets 31-27.
